Plati Italy was established in 1973, previously located in Madone in the province of Bergamo about 50 km from Milan. After having stopped production activities in Italy, since 2020 moved legal entity office to Turin and its commercial office in Bonate Sopra (Bergamo).
The Italian office is the centre of the sales department. Thanks to the several years of experience in the field of harnesses, the sales representative together with R&D team are reserving and offering support not simply with quotation but also with suggestions during the development phase of the products themselves.
Plati Polska Sp.zo.oo
Plati Polska S.p.Z.O.o was established in 1997. The overall covered area is 5.731 m² out of which 3.438 m² are reserved to production, 1.162 m² are for warehouse and 1.131 m² are for the office. Currently the plant has over 400 employees.
The plant has a capacity of 155 Mio. wires and the cutting process is made on machines with automatic cutting, stripping and crimping. The assembly process is guaranteed by stations dedicated to semiautomatic crimping wires; semiautomatic unsheathing/stripping wires and by stations dedicated to semiautomatic and manual presses for IDC connector; ink-marking; ultrasonic welding; soldering & tinning wires; injection molding (low/high pressure); electrical testing.
More than twenty years of experience combined with our customized policy makes Plati Polska S.p.Z.o.o a flexible partner for our clients.
The main customers are boiler manufacturers or are serving global vehicle manufacturers, including BMW, AUDI, PCA, Volkswagen.
Plati Ukraine Limited
Plati Ukraine Limited was established in 2007. Close to the border with Hungary and Romania, Vinogradiv, the city where the company lies, is an industrial and communication center and it is the home of the Electron Manufacturing Consortium.
The overall covered area is 4.000 m² out of which 2.000 m² are reserved to production, 600 m² are for warehouse and 1.400 m² are for the office. Currently the plant has over 350 employees.
The plant has a capacity of 190 Mio. wires and the cutting process is made on machines with automatic cutting and crimping; machines with automatic cutting for round/flat cables & tubes. The assembly process is guaranteed by stations dedicated to semiautomatic unsheating/stripping wires, to semiautomatic crimping and perforation of wires and by stations dedicated to semiautomatic and manual presses for IDC connector; ink-marking; ultrasonic welding; soldering & tinning wires; injection molding (low/high pressure); electrical testing performed with test machines and testing boards.
